Engr Dr Balogun W O is a man with high charismatic tendency coupled with good leadership traits. He is known to be a caring, Loving, Kind and Loving person most especially in the Institution he is lecturing, Federal polytechnic Offa and even beyond. He is married to a wife and blessed with children. He is a chief lecturer in Federal Polytechnic Offa. He is the ASUP chairman Fedpoffa chapter and the immediate past Head of Department (HOD) Civil Engineering Federal Polytechnic offa.
He obtain his first degree at the Federal University Of Technology, Minna. He did his Masters degree and PhD at University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China. And during his Masters and PhD programmes at China he was the outstanding (Best) Student during his own years of study. He received the Chinese government scholarships and chinese distinguished international students scholarship.
Engr. Dr. Balogun .W.O. is a corporate member of Nigeria Institute of Engineering Management and also a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers. He is also a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
